April Flowers is a floral design service in the Hudson Valley that offers an abundant cutting garden of seasonal flowers. We specialize in growing and sourcing sustainable local flowers for weddings and special events. We are available year-round for weddings, conferences, meetings, and other special occasions. Our bouquets range from simple to extravagant, in a style that combines traditional beauty and surprise elements of unexpected herbs and wildflowers.

April Kinser and Brittinee Sideri began working together in 2013, combining a love of flowers with their backgrounds of working with flowers and the landscape, as well as years of event planning and management.

Trained as a visual artist, April designed Celebrity Path at the Brooklyn Botanic Garden and created several site-specific environmental  artworks in New York City and the Catskills. She is a recipient of a New York Foundation for the Arts Fellowship in Architecture for her environmental installations. She has designed wedding flowers since 2006.

April grew up in Portland, Oregon, the City of Roses, and then moved to New York City to study art. She lived there for over 25 years before moving to the Hudson Valley in 2003.

Brittinee was born and brought up in Las Vegas and has a strong background in the floral design and events industry. For more than 10 years, she designed and coordinated events for such major venues as Wynn Las Vegas, the Venetian, the Bellagio, and Caesars Palace. She designed and maintained interior landscapes for private businesses as well. In 20ll, Brittinee relocated to Kingston, New York, where the lush green landscape, fertile soil, and tight-knit community of farmers and gardeners has inspired her with new approaches to design, events management, flower sourcing, and sustainable farming.

April Flowers is located near Kingston, New York.
